Broccoli Rabe and Sausage


olive oil
3 garlic cloves
red pepper flakes
½ cup chicken stock
bunch of broccoli rabe
salt and pepper
4 oz of Italian sausage



Rough chop a bunch of broccoli rabe, Heat garlic cloves with olive oil in a skillet.

Add broccoli rabe to the skillet and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Add one half cup chicken stock to the pan and cover. Broccoli rabe is cooked when the stem andleaves are tender.

Saute 4 oz of hot Italian sausage in olive oil and cook sausage until no pink is showing.

Serve sausage on top of the broccoli rabe. Enjoy!
